Common use

Tadalis SX is a form of Generic Tadalafil used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Tadalis SX is prescribed in men with problems to get and keep an erection, it acts only with sexually stimulation. The medication is a Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor drug. The medication relaxes blood vessels in the penis to relax allowing the blood to flow in the penis. Dosage and direction

Precautions

Tadalis SX is contraindicated in individuals concomitantly treated with nitrates as it may lead to sudden and life-threatening drops in blood pressure.

Possible side effect

Adverse reactions to the medication may include:

• myalgia (muscle pain),

• dyspepsia (indigestion),

• running nose,

• general blurriness of vision

• inability to distinguish blue and green colours,

• diarrhoea, and urinary tract infections.

Drug interaction

Never take Tadalis SX with any medication which contains nitrates, for example, ones to treat angina such as nitro-glycerine (in form of tablets, ointments, sprays, skin patches or pastes) isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate, or recreational drugs ("poppers") such as amyl nitrate or nitrite.

Missed dose
